Technology Administrator

  8. Project-coordination experience preferred
  9. Experience with MacOS preferred
  10. Experience with Planning Center Online apps preferred

Basic Job Description

The Technology Administrator is responsible for performing technology-related and detail-oriented tasks efficiently and professionally, with a high level of communication. This role will focus on reporting, scheduling, in-person training, and project coordination, while also providing direct support to the Technology Director as needed. This role is successful when the Technology Department functions effectively and efficiently from day to day.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Schedule staff and volunteer techs for services and mid-week events
  2. Execute staff training on all elements of Planning Center Online
  3. Process invoices and reconcile purchase receipts
  4. Handle communication and scheduling on behalf of the Technology Department
  5. Coordinate projects for the Technology Department
  6. Execute all purchasing necessary for the Technology Department
  7. Organize digital information and inventory of hardware and software and compile reports
  8. Participate in development and implementation of systems and processes to increase efficiency of the Technology Department
  9. Coordinate service with external IT team
  10. Facilitate human resources on-boarding process through initial and ongoing training
  11. Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Status: full-time, non-exempt/hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; available for events and services as needed

Hours: 40 hours/week
