What do you believe about discipling
and teaching students?
The heart behind our ministry is to first and foremost teach our students about the sacrifice Jesus made for them and the abounding love that He has for His children. Once they have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we continue to disciple and walk alongside our students as they mature in their faith.
With the Spirit doing the heavy lifting, we then encourage and equip our students to become disciple-makers in their homes, schools, and communities. We also partner with parents and families so that they can continue to sharpen their students and be the primary spiritual leaders.
What programs do you offer?
We meet with our students every other Sunday afternoon at The Journey Metro East and also strive to disciple them on a daily basis.
During our Sunday gatherings we play games, enjoy fellowship, participate in worship, and break up into small groups to discuss a gospel-centered message.
