Care & Counseling
Jesus' earthly ministry was focused on the broken, the needy, the sick, and the desperate. He is a God of compassion and unending love, and our mission is to embody that love to those who need it most. If you're hurting, we want to hear from you.
Our leaders and pastors are committed to caring for the people of our church. You can speak or pray with a pastor or church leader, either at one of our services or by contacting our church leadership team.

Professional & Lay Counseling
Individual and family counseling is available for all ages through Karis House, our community counseling ministry.
Karis House is committed to providing clients with care and counsel so they can experience healing in their relationships with God and with people. We recognize that people come to counseling for a variety of reasons, including personal problems, relationship problems, spiritual issues, and addictions. We want to hear your story and help you on the path towards healing and restoration.
Deacons are men and women within the church who are a part of the care ministry at The Journey. They help embody love to members of our church community by cultivating a culture that ensures those in need of care are recognized and supported through tangible, emotional, and spiritual means.
Deacons are nominated from within the church and commissioned by church elders. We’re seeking to grow our deacon ministry at The Journey. Our current nomination period will close by late November in time for each church to begin reaching out and connecting with those nominated before the end of the year.
If you know someone who you feel would serve well in this role, please pray about nominating them. Contact your location to share a deacon nomination.
